Tips
š« Coherence Breathing
Allow for slow, rhythmic breathing at your chosen pace. I personally like 8 seconds. The long breath out in particular activates the parasympathetic nervous system, but the rhythmic speed has a great soothing effect on the mind and heart rate variability.
šļø EMDR Eye Movement
Bilateral stimulation (following the dot) helps process stress, helps mind feel safe, predictable, rhythmic and helps to allow and open to the actual emotional happenings.
š Rhythm & Allowing
The combined rhythm of breath and movement creates a meditative state. Ideal to allow thoughts, feelings, sensations to pass without engagement.
š Trading Application
Use before sessions to center yourself, during breaks to reset after losses or wins, or post-session or at the end of the day to process session or the day as a whole. A regulated nervous system makes better decisions and is one of the key edges for peak trading performance.
